Department of Management at BBD NITM organized its Management Fest UDGAM.
UDGAM is one of the biggest management fest of B-Schools in and around Lucknow.
The Aim of this fest is to provide exposure of real world competition to the student of Management through a series of activities involving real time problems and solving those with managerial skills.
UDGAM achieved to attract National Level Technical and Management colleges from other state also.

At Department of Management in BBD NITM, throughout the year different activities are organized by students in group that works together to arrange, organize, co-ordinate and conduct different activities.

Every student is assigned a club like Finance Club, Marketing Club, Human Resource Club and Entrepreneurship Cell Club that works independently for managing all the events, seminar and workshops.

The purpose of inculcating these type of activities is to enhance the managerial skills and developing team work attitude for greater success in real time world.

Entrepreneurship Cell

Entrepreneurship cell organized an event focusing on how individual can be an entrepreneur by self-efforts Under this cell "SABJIWALA" drive was done by the students of MBA in different part of Lucknow city to know how the market dynamics works for perishable goods (SABJI Market)

Department of Management actively takes part in different activities at college and city level from time to time. Students of MBA II year showed their knowledge caliber at ICCMRT annual fest PARWAZ 2013.

Students showed their mettle by competing to different management colleges of lucknow in different events organized and won prizes, in events like RJ Hunt, Debate Competition, HR Game, Marketing Warfare, Group Singing, Sports Event.
